How to file a notice
We respect intellectual property and act quickly on valid complaints. Email [email protected] with the subject line DMCA NOTICE. Include the exact URL, a description of the copyrighted work, proof you own or represent it, and your contact details. Notices without evidence or sent anonymously are rejected.
What happens next
We review every notice within three business days. If it is valid we remove or disable the material first, then notify the uploader. We keep a record of the claim and the action for our files. Bad-faith notices may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Counter notices
If your material was removed in error, send a counter notice to the same address with your name, address, a statement of good faith and consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court. We may restore the material after ten business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
See something that is yours? Write to us and we will fix it quickly.
